Lee (Beijing) International Logistics Ltd. is the first company enrolled in Beijing Tianzhu Comprehensive Bonded Area (BTCBA). Lee (Beijing) International Logistics Ltd. Background of Beijing Tianzhu Comprehensive Bonded Area (BTCBA):
Beijing Tianzhu Comprehensive Bonded Area (BTCBA) was officially opened on July 23, 2008 under the authorization of the Government. It's the first airport-based comprehensive bonded area in the country. The comprehensive bonded area is also a special customs supervision zone designed to promote the integration and development of special customs supervision zones. BTCBA's key functions include port affairs, processing and logistics, as well as tax exemption, bonded and tax rebates and other preferential policies. Once the BTCBA is put into operation, it will enhance the level of development of Beijing's external-oriented economy, expand the scale of high-end industries in the airport-related economic functional area and promote the optimization and upgrade the capital's economic structure.
 
BTCBA covers a planned area of 5,944 square kilometers. At the first phase 3,177 square km has been put into use. There are two parts defined as port operation area and bonded functional area.
