To support the development of life sciences in China and feedback the customers, Beijing Zhongyuan Ltd. and GE healthcare made lecture tours cooperatively in Beijing and Tianjin. GE’s protein expert Dr. Ding xiaoping was invited to introduce the lastest technology for protein purification, identification and functional reaearch together with experimental skills and hot applications. A technical Q&A session was also arranged on site.The tour was welcomed  and highly evaluated by the researchers.

The workshop was hold at meeting room 416 in the Major Project Building of the Chinese Academyof Agricultural Sciences on 13th April. Nearly 80 teachers and students attended this meeting. The workshop lasted for three hours.Dr. Ding first gave a brief introduction of the history and evolution of GE healthcare, then she presented a total solution of protein research including protein tag purification strategy and solution based on gel and printing for proteomics.

Many people had detailed discussion with Dr. Ding after the workshop.They also enquried on the products and technial services of GE and they were satisfied with the answers.
