On July 25, 2012, Dr. Yin, a technical expert of ATCC, was invited by our company to give a lecture in the institute of biophysics of the Chinese academy of sciences, which was a great success.The topic of this lecture is "culture technology of stem cells and primary cells".

Founded in 1925, ATCC is the world's largest biological resource center, which is managed by the council of 14 biochemical and medical trade associations in the United States and is a global, non-profit biological standard product resource center.ATCC worldwide publishes its biological standards for acquisition, identification, preservation and development, promoting the verification, application and progress of scientific research.At present, ATCC can provide the following biological standards: cell lines (more than 3,000 types);Strains (over 15000 species);Plant and animal virus strains (more than 2500) and recombinant materials.

Previously, the institute of biophysics of the Chinese academy of sciences, as a key unit in the field of biological research, has cooperated with ATCC for many times.Through this lecture, the technical staff learned about the cell culture program of ATCC, which laid the foundation for future experimental research.
