New Superdex 30 Increase gel filtration prepacked column
Previously, the editors have introduced to GE's latest gel filtration platform, the Income family, the Three Musketeers - Superose 6 Increase column designed for the purification of large proteins and complexes. Superdex 200 Increase layer for most hotspot proteins. The column, as well as the Superdex 75 Increase column for smaller recombinant proteins, now welcomes the fourth member, the Superdex 30 Increase column, to the Increase family.
A new generation of Superdex 30 Increase columns
Compared to the original high-resolution molecular sieves, GE's new generation of gel filtration technology platform "Increase family" has significant advantages:
★ Saves experiment time, shorter test time at the same resolution, means higher processing throughput
★ Higher resolution, improved protein purity and analytical data accuracy
★ Smaller batch differences for better repeatability
Superdex 30 Increase column is an upgraded version of the original Superdex Peptide column. It maintains a separation range of 100-7,000Da, and its operating speed, pressure resistance and resolution are greatly improved. It is small for peptides and other organisms. Small scale preparation and analysis of molecules leads to better and more stable results.
Performance upgrade
• Compared to the original Superdex Peptide, Superdex 30 Increase has a higher flow rate and saves ÄKTA when the resolution is constant.
• Compared with the original Superdex Peptide, the particle size of the filler is reduced from 13μm to 9μm, which greatly improves the resolution of Superdex 30 Increase, and achieves both small-scale preparation and analysis.
