KCC cells (K562-GFP: ATCC® CCL-243-GFPTM) expressing green fluorescent protein were added to ATCC.

These cells are ideal for natural killer cell (NK) activation assays. In addition, K562-GFP cells can be used in 96-well assays for cytotoxicity testing of anticancer drugs.

• Detection time is greatly shortened
• No cell staining and rinsing steps are required
• Stable expression of high-intensity fluorescent signals
• Effect: Target interaction does not deviate due to changes in membrane integrity
