Roche Diagnostics has 10 years of experience in the development of magnetic bead nucleic acid purification systems. It has thousands of users around the world. According to different customer needs, Roche has introduced two instrument models.

1、MagNA Pure 96 System

• Applicable samples: bacteria, fungi, whole blood, white blood cells, peripheral blood, monocytes, cultured cells, tissues, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, body fluids, swabs, feces, urine, sputum, food, etc.

• Purification technology: classic magnetic bead separation

• Sample size: 1-96 samples can be processed simultaneously

• Single run time: approx. 50 minutes / 96 samples

• Starting sample volume: 50-500 μl (96 samples per batch), 50-1000 μl (48 samples per batch)

• Complementary reagents: including DNA, RNA and total nucleic acid purification kits, etc.

2、Roche MagNA Pure LC 2.0

• Applicable samples: bacteria, fungi, whole blood, white blood cells, peripheral blood, monocytes, cultured cells, tissues, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, body fluids, swabs, feces, urine, sputum, food, plants, etc.

• Product purity: 200μl blood sample tissue sample DNA yield ≥ 5g; 106 cultured cell RNA yield ≥ 5g, purity D260 / 280 = 1.9 ± 0.1

• Sample size: 1-32 samples can be purified in a single pass

• Single run time: 40-60 minutes, depending on the number of samples and purification procedures

• Starting sample volume: 20-1000μl

• Pipetting volume: 5-1000μl

• Pipetting accuracy: 5-100 μl: < 3% CV; 100-1000 μl: < 2% CV

• Nucleic acid dilution volume: 100-900μl

• Purification position: The whole process of separation and purification is completed in a specially designed pipette tip, and the nucleic acid components are separated and purified in high yield and high purity.

• Complementary reagents: including DNA, RNA and total nucleic acid purification kits, etc.
